🏺 Moka Pot (Stovetop Espresso)

You’ll Need:
- Don Matias Italian Moka Pot
- Freshly ground medium-fine coffee
- Filtered water
Steps:
- Fill the bottom chamber with hot water (up to the valve).
- Add coffee grounds to the filter basket—don’t tamp.
- Assemble the pot and place it on medium heat.
- When you hear a gurgle, your espresso is ready.
- Pour and enjoy straight or add steamed milk.

☕ Pour Over
Perfect for: Clean, aromatic brews with flavor clarity
You’ll Need:
- V60, Chemex, or Kalita Wave
- Gooseneck kettle
- Medium grind coffee
- Filtered water at ~200°F
Steps:
- Rinse the filter to remove paper taste.
- Add coffee grounds (1:16 ratio is a great start).
- Pour a small amount of water to “bloom” (wait 30 sec).
- Continue pouring in slow circles.
- Total brew time: 2:30–3:00 minutes.

💨 French Press
Perfect for: Full-bodied, rich, and easy morning brews
You’ll Need:
- French press
- Coarse grind coffee
- Hot water (~200°F)
Steps:
- Add coffee to the carafe (1:12 coffee-to-water ratio).
- Pour hot water evenly, stir gently.
